Activities

The centre has a wide variety of craft for hire with suitably qualified instructors. Buoyancy aids and cagoules are provided in a variety of sizes.

Please note that, before a booking can be accepted, proof of qualifications is required by the administrator. In addition, evidence of the qualification must be presented to the Duty Warden before the activity commences.

Those groups without qualified instructors may, by prior arrangement with the administrator, use Waterside Lodge's own instructors, who are qualified by the appropriate national body for sailing, canoeing and safety boats.

Non-Scout groups using Waterside Lodge must produce a copy of their Child Protection Policy.
