About Us

Waterside Lodge is a modern, purpose built Activity Centre conveniently located on the Marine Lake in Southport, Merseyside.

Here at Waterside Lodge, we have plenty of facilities for indoor and outdoor activities from watersports to games, and are open all year round, 7 days a week.

Our centre is the Sefton North Scouts HQ, allowing young people from our local area and beyond to experience a fun and enriched programme of activities. We frequently welcome visitors from schools, colleges, youth groups, accessibility groups and others from the community.

Waterside Lodge is easily reached on Southport Marine Drive, adjacent to the pier and beach.

Click on the ‘Weather Station’ link at the top of the page to see what is happening with the weather at Waterside Lodge.  The weather station was purchased in memory of Brian Robinson who was instrumental in the building of Waterside Lodge and was involved in its management for many years.

The centre is open all year round, with activities available 7 days a week, including evenings.

Saturday & Sunday     CLOSED
